Does asian makeup products test on animals?

So do asian or korean (Missha, Etude House, Skin food, Skin79, Dr.Jart, Tsubaki etc) makeup/bb cream/beauty products/brands/companies test on animals?? I'm asking cause there's no question/answer about this, so I thought it'll be useful to ask =)
