How can someone have a victim mentality and then claim later on that theyre "takin over"?

People with the victim mentality are on the decline. Blacks are not "taking over" and most of the black people I know do not have a victim mentality. That is old America. There is a new more open minded and free flow of thoughts on the horizon.
