Does anyone know of a company who would give travel insurance for kids with health issues?

My 8yr old has a heart problem called SVT (Supra-ventricular tachycardia). We are going to Australia on holiday in January and have been told my son will need personal insurance. Has anyone been through this problem and can suggest a company who would help.
