Where can I find windows 95-98 PC games?

Its killing me that I cannot remember the names. Like for instance I remember playing a game that was like Civilization (But its not)...Basically you were a race and you had to build an ancient relic to complete the scenario or something (Took like 1k years) And I remember a game that was...war like. One of the maps looked like the moon's surface, and it was futuristic, like Command and conquer, but your units were more future like and your buildings were futuristic. You harness energy..or something. (Its not Starcraft or Homeworld) Can anyone help me out here!!?
