Why are religious morals so against scientific advancement?

we're not against scientific advancement. We're against people making science into GOD. God created it all for our use. Science has been disproven, and made better we will agree? We wonder why people put so much faith in something that can only improve itself. It's not 100% never has been, never will be. That's what we're against. Those people that fight to the death that science is 100% right, they dont' understand the meaning of science, it's forever changing. Improving and disproving theories that we once thought. 50 years ago people believed something totally different about science, 10 years, 5 years. It doesn't matter. We just dont' understand how people can fight a theory to the death, when scientific theories have been changed. Doesn't make sense.
