Is Dr Frank a charlatan?

I've read many of his posts. I think at best, he is completely out of touch with modern medical practices, and at worst may be someone pretending to be somebody they are not. It is really hard to say since you can be anybody on an anonymous internet forum. However, the quality of one's answers oft speak for themselves. I have great doubts too as to the authenticity of his info. Don't mean any disrespect to any parties involved though.
