WHAT COLLEGE SHOULD I GO TOOO?????? help please!?

so im gonna be a senior this year and im lookin into colleges in VIRGINIA...I know I want it to be less than $10000 tuition per year (so no private schools for me unless they have great financial aid) and have most students above the 3.0 average. So I’ve looked at my choices and the main ones are UVA, W&M, JMU, VCU, VaTech, ODU, etc. All these colleges look good on paper. I kinda crossed out UVA and W&M as first choices (I may still apply though) because its harder to get in and though I have the GPA I don’t know if I qualify in the other departments(like SAT scores =[ ) So I was looking at my other choices and went on this website that showed what the STUDENTS think of their school. Basically each one of these colleges had their cons, and well…more cons. Like JMU, I heard it’s a party school, but one person was like “it’s a place full of alcoholic idiots and sluts” Great. Now I really want to go there. So I look up other colleges. VCU: “not safe at all, I’ve heard gunshots at night and homeless people looking through my trash” Uck. Other schools were like, “the academics suck” “too preppy, everyone looks the same” or “everyone commutes”. So I have no idea which one is the least bad since these students obviously hated attended the college. I don’t know if these ppl are losers or its true. I don’t want to go to a school were all you do is drink but I don’t wanna go anywhere where the social scene sucks too…plz help me!
