Are names ending in - AH to girly?

They weren't girly way back in the day, and they aren't girly now. Yes, they are softer male names, as opposed to hard names like Patrick. I had a foster brother named Elijah, we called him Eli and he was a football player and wrestler. I also have a cousin named Micah, we call him Tonka because he's a buff little dude lol.
