I got mad at my crush! What should I do?

I work with him! I have known him for 3 years! And been working with him for 2 years! So we work at a lodge! It 7:00 Am and he is really crabby in the morning! But when I first got to the kitchen, he was so sweet! Then the other waitress Natalie, she was cleaning off the tables! And I was doing the dishes! He really wanted to go to bed! But he had to wait to rap up the lunch stuff! So Natalie knew that the ppl were done making their lunches! But she did not clear them! And I did not know they were done! Then he looked to see if they were done! So then he started saying to me, WILL YOU START CLEARING THE LUNCH STUFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!! His voice was really really loud when he said it!! And It sounded really rude!!! What should I do! Let it go? Ignore him? Or just give him a waring?
