Mini Pigs As Indoor Pets?

I am also adopting one very soon, so based on my research mini pigs do get along great with most animals (dogs cats etc.) unless otherwise informed by the breeder, but be careful that when unsupervised some of your other pets don't harm your piglet. I have heard that fruits should be only occionally fed because they are high in calories so mainly a diet of veggies and mazuri pig food is good (make sure it's for mini pigs not farm pigs!) They are loving, friendly creatures so they are wonderful pets for indoor living! Male or female doesn't matter as long as they are spayed or neutered so that they don't acquire aggression issues. The breeder I am buying from happens to have 2 males avaliable so I'm getting a male but a female should be equally friendly. Have fun with your new pet!
