My new Syma S.026 mini Chinook RC helicopter spins out of control on takeoff. please help?

The design of this thing a href="http://www.cobratoys.com/Mini_Chinook_3_channel_RC_Helicopter_Syma_S026_p/l99241.htm" rel="nofollow"http://www.cobratoys.com/Mini_Chinook_3_…/a should completely prevent spinout unless one of the rotors is jammed and simply not turning or restricted. I don't see any way that problem could be fixed and think you will have to return it.
