Is there any way that creation and evolution can co-exist for Christians?

Okay, I've asked before but apparently I had my numbers wrong. Sorry I have better things to do than know everything (cough cough Old Spice bitc...) but is there anyway that the theory of evolution which says sapien SAPIENS (thats two of em old spice guy,) are about 200,000-100,000 years old while the bible says we are 6000 years old. Is there any way these can co-exist?
