Is there an omniscient narrator in "Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde"?

I am very confused. I thought that in "Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde" the main narrative was from Utterson's point of view but in omniscient narrator. Or so I've been told. But now I've been reading and in some places it says that it's just a third person narrator. What is the difference? Could someone clear this up for me please?
