Where is the OBD socket for a1996 FORD GALAXY GLX 1.9TD?

I want to do some on-board diagnostics with this vehicle I bought recently as 3 of its warning lights have been blinking. I have researched about the Vag-com website and since its a Volkswagen engine it should also have an OBD socket but I dont know where it is. Anyone pls help...
